How many units can I borrow?
Basically, 10 units can be rented, but the number of units can be negotiated.
Is Office or other software installed?
Currently, our rental equipment only has the operating system installed. You can use Microsoft365 which your company has a contract with by logging in on the rental equipment.
What should I do if there is a problem during the rental period?
In the event of a defect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace it with an alternative product.
What should I do if I accidentally break a device?
Rental equipment is covered by movable insurance. (covers total loss or theft) In the event that the insurance does not cover the equipment (partial damage or loss), a penalty fee will be charged.
