Order/procedure
Please prepare documents (1) to (4) and submit them by e-mail.
(1) PDF data with your company seal or signature in the “Customer Acknowledgment and Signature” box at the bottom right of the quotation form (Submission of this data will be substituted for a purchase order).
(2) Certificate of the person in charge of the inquiry
→ Copy of driver’s license or health insurance card
(3) Certificate of enrollment for the person in charge of the inquiry
→ Copy of employee ID or business card
(4) A certified copy of the company register or a copy of the corporate seal registration certificate (both issued within the last 3 months)

After confirming receipt of each document, the first billing statement will be sent.
