As a socially responsible company, TES-AMM JAPAN Inc. is committed to eliminating antisocial forces and has established the following basic policy against such individuals and organizations and will have no relationship with them.
1. We shall not have any relationship with anti-social forces such as organized crime groups. We also reject any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
2. We will not provide services or products or conduct other commercial transactions with anti-social forces such as organized crime groups.
3. To eliminate anti-social forces such as organized crime groups, the Company shall establish close cooperative relationships with external professional organizations such as the police and lawyers.
4. We will take legal action, both civil and criminal, against unjustified demands by anti-social forces such as organized crime groups.
5. We will not engage in backroom deals with anti-social forces such as organized crime groups, nor will we provide funds to anti-social forces.
